Demo & Planning Night

This meeting is held the 3rd Tuesday of each month. This is also where we typically order Pizza

Agenda

• 6:20 PM Arrive/Setup

  • This is typically when we have access to our room and attendees can setup

  • It’s highly encouraged that this be when volunteers fill out their weekly contribution logs

• 6:35 PM Stakeholder Demos

  • This is where we demo our work in front of other project stakeholders. We try to keep these to more user-facing changes that they can see

• 7:00 PM Planning

  • After demos, we split off into project groups to focus on Planning work for the next month

  • This likely will require the team looking at a project board together and begin pulling in already refined work or adding tasks in real-time that represent the next set of requirements to tackle

  • If this planning session goes quickly, then the rest of the time can be spent working on tasks
