Code Night

This is what most of our meetings look like. If it’s the 2nd or 3rd Tuesday of the month then we host Review Night or Demo & Planning Night

Agenda

• 6:20 PM Arrive/Setup

  • This is typically when we have access to our room and attendees can setup

  • It’s highly encouraged that this be when volunteers fill out their weekly contribution logs

• 6:35 PM Project Standups and New Volunteer Onboarding

  • Here each project splits off and does a short standup. Here each volunteer briefly goes over their contribution log

  • While project standups are happening organizers will meet with new volunteers and give them a high level overview of Open SGF and it’s structure as well as collect contact info.

• 6:40 PM Project Overviews

  • After the project standups, a volunteer from each project will give a high level status update on where things are at with their project. This is meant to inform all other attendees of the current state of a project

• 6:45 PM Break into Project Groups

  • Here volunteers break into project groups to continue project work
